No — they depend on things outside our control, including weather conditions, the property's location, and airspace restrictions in the area. If a drone survey isn't suitable for your job, we'll still carry out a thorough physical inspection.

Roofs can hide problems that aren't visible until coverings are stripped back — deteriorated timber or decking is the most common example. If we find something like this, we'll stop, explain what we've found, and talk you through the options and any cost implications before continuing.
